A leading provider of managed security solutions is seeking a Support Analyst to join their continually growing North Sydney based team. With offices all over the world, their Asia Pac presence is getting stronger and stronger as IT Security continues to become a dominant focus in the global technology world.

Due to ongoing success and rapid growth, we are looking for a committed, customer focused, Security Support Analyst for the 24x7 support centre to the global client base. 

 

What are the key functions of the role?

 

  • To receive incoming technical issues via various mediums from clients in a professional and timely manner
  • Aim for first call ????? ????? act as first point of contact.
  • Use of precise client communication skills; both oral and written during ????? ????? with clients and team members
  • Flexible approach to new requirements such as shift and work patterns

 

What will you need to be successful?

 

  • An extremely high level of written and spoken English
  • An extremely high level of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese)
  • You will need experience in a highly professional and very customer focused environment
  • A technical mindset and knowledge of:
    • Mail Servers like Exchange, Lotus Notes etc
    • HTTP / SMTP Protocols
    • An understanding Email Security issues
