    Job Description

    The purpose of the Helpdesk Officer is to assist in the efficient running of the ICT Team by completing the tasks in hand. This will include, answering, logging, assigning and managing ICT Helpdesk support requests from the staff of all multiple offices. Along with:

    • Managing incidents to conclusion
    • Liaison with 3rd Party vendors and contractors
    • Using desktop management systems to assist in the diagnosis and resolution of incidents
    • Tackling incoming Helpdesk requests via phone and face to face
    • Logging Helpdesk support requests accurately into the Helpdesk database
    • Generating Helpdesk reports for management

    The Successful Applicant

    You will have excellent customer service and problem solving skills along with fantastic communication and presentation. You'll have 2+years experience in customer service, call ????? ????? a previous Helpdesk environment, and ready to take on a new permanent opportunity. Along with:

    • Understanding of ITIL processes
    • Cisco Certifier Network Associate or equivalent
    • Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent
    • HSC or equivalent
