PROJECT COORDINATOR / PROJECT MANAGER (HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY) - 24 Months! - $NEG

 

About The Company / Role:

A Consultancy requires a Project Coordinator / Project Manager with extensive experience of working in the Healthcare industry to roll-out a new version of IBA's WebPAS (Patient Administration System) to a number of locations across the Sydney metropolitan region.

The infrastructure is already in place for this project - i.e. there is a Project Director, there is funding and there is a project timeline already set out over the next 24 Months!

This role would suit someone who is at either a Project Co-ordinator level or a Project Management level who doesn't mind travelling within the Sydney Metropolitan region and would like to secure their employment on a Contract rate for the next 2 years!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Front Office Manager, the Vendor and the members of staff at the various client sites to ensure the smooth upgrade of the WebPAS system
  • Ensure that the project runs to the time schedule and is within budget
  • Report and escalate where required any potential issues or deviation from the project scope
  • Ensure that all project documentation is completed in a timely manner
 

Requirements:
  • Previous extensive experience in the Helthcare industry is essential
  • The ability to Project Co-ordinate / Project Manage a system roll-out is essential
  • Experience of the IBA WebPAS system would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • A willingness to travel within the Sydney metropolitan area
