Job Description Due to stronger ratings our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager to forge lasting relationships with the larger agencies in their media area, reporting directly to Group Sales Manager The role will involve driving incremental sales through existing relationships in the advertising sector, whilst working with a handful of key media players Using your strong media knowledge you will have the ability to manage high value media accounts to influence decision making and develop creative campaigns As an Senior Account Manager, you will identify sponsorship and promotional opportunities from account list whilst developing new avenues to increase advertising spend, including online
The Successful Applicant
To qualify for this role you will have have previous media sales experience experience ideally in Radio or TV, but are open to candidates with other media sales background The senior account manager should: Be able to build relationships with strategists, planner buyers and their clients Possess strong negotiation skills Have a high level of presentation skills, both oral and written Be a self motivator who loves a challenge Sustain a consistently high level of performance What's on Offer
