We are currently seeking a Head Chef to lead The Greenwood kitchen team and continue to uphold the Greenwood’s prestigious reputation


The Head Chef reports directly to the Venue Manager
Their responsibilities are:

To achieve kitchen KPI’s:
Wage percentage
Food costs
Food operation gross profit
Total weekly meal count
Positive customer comment per
week

To minimise staff and consumable costs

To run a smooth professional, efficient kitchen operation

To provide consistent, high quality food and presentation standard

To maintain and improve the reputation, culture and values of the company

To ensure policies and procedures align with the company vision

To ensure compliance with regulatory bodies

Menu Development

We are looking for a talented Apprentice to join our team of professionals, someone who is creative, strives to deliver a consistent quality product and willing to learn a la carte
You will be required to work evenings and weekends
