Reporting to the general manager the duty managers are responsible for the day to day operations of the hotel and events


- Excellent customer relations skills
- Computer Literate
- Strong understanding of Food & Beverage
- Strong Staff Management Rostering Skills
- Excellent presentation

Previous experience in management in a hospitality environment essential
