This role offers:
Permanent Roster with the equivalent of a Monday to Friday week - 11pm to 7am, Sunday to Thursday, with Friday & Saturday nights OFF

This multi task role includes:
Provide friendly & efficient First Point of Contact and assistance for all guests

Ensure accurate paperwork, cashier balancing, and credit card batches of previous shifts, from all departments, as well as your own

Run Night Audit process and reports for Hotel

Nightly Conference & Function set ups within our 3 private rooms

Ensuring smooth operations and security of the Hotel overnight

Manage casual weekend night staff

Some general cleaning

General Front Office duties, such as -Check In, Check Out, Reservations, and Switchboard operation, as required

Be involved in other aspects of the hotels operations and other duties as required

Work closely with all departments of the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction

The ideal candidate will have:

a professional presentation and manner

good verbal and written communication skills

good time management and the ability to work well unsupervised

exceptional attention to detail
be computer literate, with experience in a hotel inventory system a plus

the ability to work well within a small, dedicated team

previous front office and/or night audit experience would be beneficial

previous F&B or function experience would be beneficial
