This is an opportunity to work with one of Australia's truly leading IP practices, servicing well-known brands both domestically and internationally. This leading firm has a presence in a number of Australian cities. The work that the firm is involved in is of a high-calibre and complexity. The role will see you working on superior court litigation, primarily within the intellectual property space. You will also be expected to provide advice to clients on a variety of intellectual property issues, so your ability to provide commercially focused advice will be advantageous. You will have at least 3 years post admission experience in commercial litigation, preferably with exposure to intellectual property litigation.
