Your thrilling position will put you in control of 4 driven external Sales Representatives who will be presenting end to end energy solutions directly to the building market
They are involved in both pre and post construction sales giving them an almost unlimited selling potential
You will be responsible for:
Conducting sales meetings and motivating the sales force
Ensuring the state hits its budgets
Key account management of existing customers
Chasing up and coming major construction projects

You will be an outgoing, polished and passionate sales manager with experience managing a minimum of 4 external Representatives
You will also have a background in Construction sales giving you an established customer base to lever off
Ideally you will have had some involvement in the energy industry however this is not essential

Joining a high-performance team of Project Managers and Technical Consultants, you will draw upon your extensive project management experience to play a crucial role on a highly-visible, leading edge program of work
Your responsibilites will see you manage a number of crucial sub-projects at any one time
More specifically, your daily duties will incorporate the following:

Managing complex infrastructure projects in line with the IT Delivery processes
Developing projects plans, cost estimates and schedules for infrastructure projects
Implementing measures for tracking and reporting project progress against key milestones
Consulting and communicating with all delivery partners involved in the delivery of IT infrastructure to ensure alignment with the agreed works program
Managing and control the work of external and third party suppliers, including infrastructure procurement, through effective commercial management techniques
Managing the specification, provisioning and deployment of IT infrastructure
In order to ensure success within this position, you will need to draw upon your demonstrated experience across the following areas:
Extensive Project Management experience obtained working on on multiple projects in large, complex environments
Proven experience and understanding of IT infrastructure technology and Business IT solutions

Solid understanding and experience of project management tools, methodologies, principles and practices
Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to confidently work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Ability to work well with business and technical teams, including delivery partners to ensure prompt delivery according to agreed requirements and schedules
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
