Drive profitable growth & development of large MNC customer accounts in several high-growth industry verticals

Be responsible for sales strategy development and implementation

Organise, lead, train and direct a high-performing team of professional sales executives to achieve targets and build successful client relationships

Drive effective business solutions development as well as account management processes in support of target revenue achievements

Analyze sales figures, project trends and generate useful solutions in aid of strong decision-making

What I'll Need?
Good degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
Minimum 8 years of relevant sales management experience in selling to large service-oriented MNC customer accounts
Strong proven record in managing a large sales team
Good knowledge of logistics or supply chain management is mandatory
Excellent leadership, communications and interpersonal skills

Supervising a team of approximately 30 staff your main responsibility will be to ensure orders are shipped out correctly
Dealing with transport and logistics and ensuring product quality are also important aspects of this position
