As the Regional / Senior Facilities Manager, you will focus on contractual performance, managing the service delivery quality and maintaining strong client relationships
Operating in an Engineering Management capacity for a portfolio of critical sites, you will focus on increasing operational effectiveness across: maintenance methodologies, preventative and reactive, OH&S, regulatory compliance, contractor management and environmental sustainable
Financially, you will you have full P & L responsibilities across your portfolio, managing financial reporting, procurement of services and budget forecasting




To succeed in this role, a proven track record in a Facilities Management environment is essential
An exposure to contract management including strong financial performance and client retention is sought
A management ethos focusing on development and continuous improvement will be highly attractive, with post graduate tertiary qualifications, in addition to a base mechanical or electrical qualifications advantageous
