Market Leading, Global Company Superb New Projects & Great 09 in Prospect Must have experience in Project Management of Marketing related Implementations My client is a high profile company who have enjoyed a great 08 & are looking forward to a prosperous 09 With a superb new product being launched they have an opening for a bright, ambitious, dynamic & talented Marketing Project Manager to join their team I am looking for applications from candidates who have at least 3 years commercial experience & at least 1 years experience in a marketing related role The ideal candidate will have experience Project Managing on customer loyalty/consumer insights/database marketing related implementations, be delivery focused & be a self-starting individual with a can-do attitude This is a client facing role so experience managing external clients/agency side experience would be highly desirable although outstanding candidates from a client-side background will also be considered From a Project Management perspective I am looking for someone who can work with some formal PM structures & has an appreciation of Project Management methodologies Any experience of the Financial Services sector/FS clients would be highly desirable but is not essential It is imperative that you have very solid experience with MS Office (Word, Excel etc) as well as experience with MS Project With regards to academic background attitude rather than academic excellence is key for this role You will be reporting into a more Senior Implementation Manager on projects that last typically 2-3m in length These are high profile projects, working on new client initiatives so someone who has a pragmatic approach to projects & is outcomes/delivery orientated is key Responsible for project delivery & change management that comes from these initatives you will take responsibility for effectively engaging stakeholders (external, internal) during the project life-cycle & directing the team on a day to day basis with regards to my clients project objectives First class time management, organisational and communication skills are absolutely pivotal for this role as you support the Implementation Manager to ensure projects are successfully delivered to scope, timescales, budget & stakeholder expectations are met In essence you will be responsible for driving the project on a daily basis, really getting involved in the granular aspects of project management & ensuring the project keeps moving on a daily basis so i am looking for a candidate who is happy to be extremely "hands-on" in terms of how they project manage You must be a strong negotiator & influencer, who can overcome roadblocks & find work-arounds to problems You will take a lead on ensuring methodologies and standards relating to the project are applied & that the project team is properly engaged & briefed about their remit The ability to effectively manage project scope is key as is the ability to create & execute workplans, prioritise activies for the project team, manage project quality, governance and risk & delegate tasks & responsibility as required You will ensure regular project reviews are in place to ensure the client deliverables are being met Naturally, first class documentation skills are essential to ensure these processes run as smoothly as possible Post implementation you will be involved in reviews with internal & external stakeholders with a real focus on continuous improvement & the identification of opportunities, challenges & areas of focus for future projects This is an excellent role, going from project scoping/initial client engagement through to post implementation stakeholder reviews so this will allow you to develop your Project Management skills right across the entire Project Life-cycle You will need to understand my clients & customers project goals & champion these during your work You will be working in a dynamic, ever changing & fast paced environment so the ability to manage conflicting prioirities and manage change is absolutely key In return you will be working for a global company who are extremely successful & continue to innovate in their field You will be working in a high profile role & become a key individual in this company Success in this role will be intrinsic to their success in 09 and so the successful applicant who high achieves in this position can expect a plethora of future opportunities & rewards in the future If you want to work for a dynamic marketing company who have a great working environment & company culture then look no further Interested candidates should apply ASAP with an up to date CV (Word Format) or call Declan on 02 9223 0066 for a confidential discussion

She is looking for an experienced, on-the-ball Project Co-ordinator - someone who is willing to be a bit of a "jack of all trades" and carry out a range of co-ordinator/manager/business analysis type responsibilities Right now they are in the forming phase of a very large business change project There's a lot of work to do over the next few weeks in terms of setting up focus groups and getting meetings arranged, as well as attending workshops, writing up notes, doing some admin - on it goes What is also REALLY important is that they will need you to establish and develop a project plan using MS Project, and to monitor that plan over the next 6 months or so There's also work to do in terms of establish templates for reports and thinking about planning and organisational approaches to ensure the project is successful Monitoring the budget for the project will also be part of your brief, so it's important you have done this in the past, and that you are competent in using Excel and Access You will also be keeping an eye on the other project managers' related projects to ensure that their projects are tracking along, and so that you can give your own manager a 'heads up' if something in one of the related projects needs to be brought to attention I PROMISE YOU A SAME DAY RESPONSE!
