Objective: Provide leadership and direction across the facility in the Management of Quality, direct programs for the improvement of business process efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of business activities Duties and Responsibilities  To establish and activate Project Quality Plan and procedures with Project staff
• Preparation of inspection and test plans and check lists for site activities
• Preparation of Method statements for various installations in coordination with senior engineers and construction in charges
• Ensuring inspection of material received at site after receiving information from stores in charge
• Ensuring inspections of installations are taking place when advised by construction -in - charge/ site engineer/supervisor
• Monitoring quality control for each definable area/section of work, Method statements, ITPs and specification
• Co-ordination with Main contractor, Consultants and Local Authorities for arrangement of site inspection
• Evaluation of products, Client / Consultant’s complaints regarding products and installation
• Co-ordination with Main Contractor/ Consultant and other contractor’s quality representatives
• Monitor and supervise tests required in the technical provision of the Contract
• Control, reporting and processing of non- conformance
