Ensuring clear communication of new or updated company strategies and minimum sales requirements to the dealer network
Ensure efficient dealer implementation of plans to support the brand with sales strategies and programs
Assist individual dealers in the development and implementation of an appropriate sales and marketing plans to ensure targets are met in all area of new and used vehicle sales and finance
Assess individual dealer performance sales of new & used cars relative to like dealers PMA's and competition and provide constructive feedback on a regular basis
Assist in the development and implementation of best proactive training and motivational programs to improve the quality and capabilities of the dealer network
Devise and maintain a suitable budget for the allocated dealer region, including short and long-term product stock and sales forecasts
Ensure timely and efficient reporting and analysis for the Management department
