There currently exists an opportunity for a relationship-driven, operationally focused Production Coordinator to join their team
You will have a solid understanding of ITIL principles and change management skills
This role will see you take ownership of the co-ordination of Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management to ensure optimum business availability and continuity is continuously
Focused on ensuring service delivery excellence, you will have demonstrated experience in coordinating, resolving and assessing all aspects of production support and issue management (low to high severity)
Furthermore, strong relationship building and management of IT and business stakeholders is key
Previous experience as an Application Manager, Infrastructure or Operations team leader etc
will be highly regarded
You will have exceptional written and verbal communications skills, a demonstrated experience in engaging with clients, driving outcomes and fostering proactive relationships, and be a champion for change in a complex environment

Incident Management: To restore normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimise the adverse impact on business operations, thus ensuring that the best possible levels of service quality and availability are maintained

Normal service operation is defined as operation within SLA limits
Problem Management: To minimise the adverse impact on the business that are caused by errors and to prevent recurrence related to these errors
Seek to get to the root cause of incidents and then initiate actions to improve or correct the situation
Change Management: To ensure that standardise methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes, in order to minimise the impact of change-related incidents upon service quality and consequently to improve the day-to-day operations
Release Management: Provide Production Readiness Assessments on medium to complex hardware, software and application release to production environments
