3+ years experience as a Program Manager within large scale environments

Demonstrated expertise managing the security component of large programs of work
Experience with global projects, ideally in the resources industry

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and highly motivated Capability and Performance Manager for this Financial Services Organisation
The team is responsible for identifying, evaluating, preparing strategic direction and drive the implementation of initiatives to enhance online security features to meet the needs of customers and the business
The Capability and Performance Manager is accountable for improving online security and optimising the online performance of key channels that enhances the portfolios ability to meet the needs of their customers
This includes being core to the development of strategies to sustainably reduce average online fraud loss per customer
This position seeks to bring together market insights, subject matter expertise, the needs of the customer and posses the relevant level of business acumen to identify and drive the implementation of security improvements
The role is responsible for the delivery of high-quality needs based security solutions for the online channels that exceed customer expectations
Experience:
Proven track record in driving development and performance through strategic competence and effective organisational leadership

Promote online advocacy
Ability to develop and implement innovative campaigns to educate and improve awareness of online security

Project management and end to end process improvement experience with a number of medium to large projects with demonstrated ability to develop business case's, gain stakeholder support and deliver on time and budget

Risk management experience including the ability to work with the broader risk community to develop strategies to optimise exposure

2+ years experience within large organisations developing strategy

A high degree of technical understanding of the online components

Subject matter expertise in the current and future online security landscape
