Though opportunistic, they have a conservative philosophy that will see them continue to grow and reward their people into the future
In line with the organisation s growth plans they require an experienced Property Research Analyst to begin as soon as possible
To be considered you will have to be a specialist in institutional property, experienced in analysing all listed and unlisted sectors of the market
You will also be experienced in drafting extensive financial modelling and ratings reports, as well as advising senior business managers on relevant market conditions
To be successful in this role, you will possess solid modelling and report writing skills and demonstrate highly developed communication skills
The ideal candidate will have a background in institutional property investment and or equities research
Degree qualifications in Finance, Property Valuation, Applied Finance or a related field are essential
