About our Client
Our Client is a leading multi-national corporation seeking talented commercial leasing managers to join their Hong Kong team

Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Head of Real Estate, you will assist in the management of all real estate leasing activities on both a strategic and operational level
Your responsibilities will include managing the implementation of real estate strategies, undertake activities associated with acquiring or disposing of space including property searches, lease negotiation and legal preparation together with project management, budgeting and financial control
You will also facilitate, manage and administer the internal leasing approval process while maintaining all lease agreements ensuring changes are properly negotiated, documented and kept up to date
Finally, you will perform financial analysis and scenario analysis of leasing options for various projects and manage specialists in-house and outsourced vendors/service providers in the leasing and related areas

The Successful Applicant
You will have a minimum of 3 years work experience in real estate leasing with a strong understanding of the leasing process, management reporting techniques, financial and cost control
Your verbal communication and presentation skills will be first tier given our client is a multi-national corporation, while you will excel in negotiating, influencing and relationship building techniques
You must be fluent in English and Mandarin and be looking for your next challenging career opportunity
