Job Description


The primary responsibilities of this role are:

Manage and maintain proper accounting records for Global entities of the company
Prepare and maintain profit and loss and balance sheet and relevant schedules on a monthly basis
Prepare monthly management reports for Global business units
Ensure that proper accounting records are maintained in accordance with the accounting standards requirements
Develop and adhere to accounting systems and policies to enable an efficient and effective business support process
Ensure statutory compliance of all entities under charge, such as audit and tax requirements

Prepare annual financial submission and annual financial consolidation in accordance to IFRS requirements
Assist Global Finance team with budgeting and business planning


The Successful Applicant


Qualified Accountant with 5-7 years experience, with at least 2 years as a Finance Manager
Experience gained in Real Estate Investments or Private Equity Investments related companies will be highly preferred
Strong MS Excel Skills
Effective communicator with a problem solving mindset
