Join this leading Fund manager with over 25 years of market experience
With funds across a diverse range of asset classes they are the fund manager of choice
They are current seeking an experienced analyst within their Real estate Securities team
You will be working within the front office with portfolio managers and the sales team, managing real estate securities and growing the FUM
You will be responsible for proposal requests, presentations and product material for clients and consultants
Using your analytical skills you will analyse opportunities for new proposals and provide input into product development
To hit the ground running you will currently be in an investment consulting, research or analyst position and be looking to broaden your horizons within funds management
Key to this role is your ability to monitor and analyse trends in real estate securities
Whilst property experience is not essential it is highly regarded as is prior staff management experience

The Successful Applicant


The successful candidate will need to have a minimum 2 years PQE as well as prior experience in the MENA market
Experience should be focused on real estate; development, sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant
The role will also involve an aspect of business generation so previous experience in this area would be ideal
Those able to speak Arabic would have a distinct advantage
