Due to this expansion they are currently seeking a motivated, people orientated individual to manage a portfolio of clients

Previous experience in this type of role is not required, however previous business experience is mandatory

You will need to have strong business acumen and experience working in a finance/accounting or client orientated industry with a focus on high-level service
It is vital that you are able to learn and apply strata law and legislation quickly
The ability to multi-task, work in a busy environment and follow through with tasks is also required

Your role will be varied and require strong attention to detail
Some of the duties of the position will include administration, attending /chairing meetings, management of maintenance along with written / verbal communication to clients and customer service

You will be working in a team environment, therefore a friendly, confident, mature minded approach and experience working within a team is required for the role
