Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

Follow up regularly with candidates and customers to maintain relationships to build knowledge of needs and opportunities

Deliver high quality service to clients and candidates by matching candidate skills with client needs

Analyse resumes accurately

Respond to and qualify job orders quickly and efficiently

Perform background investigations that include reference checks and education verifications
Use candidate references to develop additional business opportunities

Interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications for available assignments

Complete weekly report on recruiting activities

Strive to consistently meet or exceed department goals and objectives

Utilise creative sourcing techniques and network with active consultants

The successful candidate will be a driven, motivated, innovative, visionary person who operates with a high level of integrity and is capable of relating to individuals at all levels
You will have proven success in placing technical consultants in permanent, contract and temporary to permanent roles
