Well established and with a reputation for delivering quality results with efficient service, this agency seeks to appoint an articulate and convincing negotiator who takes ownership over the recruitment process from start to finish and has pride in exceeding expectations
Commercially savvy with the confidence and know-how to research a market, identify potential opportunities, get in front of the decision makers and win exclusive assignments, you will stand out from your competitors
Your ability to translate your clients' needs and use multiple sourcing strategies (including head-hunting) to find the most capability and culturally aligned candidates will be what earns you repeat and referral business
Ideally you would have two years' experience in perm or contract office support recruitment with the drive and determination to shine with a brand that offers autonomy, flexibility, support and friendly team mates to work with

We are seeking a passionate, motivated sales professional with the drive to build a new & existing client base
Your role will include marketing for new business and existing business, booking and conducting meetings with potential and existing clients, selecting and interviewing candidates and exceeding expectations of clients and candidates alike
This is a 360 degree role, and you will be given the full support from your manager
