The RACV City Club is currently seeking dedicated and motivated Food & Beverage Attendants to join their dedicated service team
We have some fantastic opportunities to work within our busy outlets, including the Bistro, outdoor dining and coffee lounge
The main responsibilities will include:
Providing timely and courteous service and anticipating member needs
Maintaining an awareness of Club & Centre activities or special events
Accurately receiving, recording and inputting member orders taken by the Outlet into the Point of Sale (POS) system
Adhering to accounting procedures and rectifying any errors regarding the POS system
Demonstrating a good knowledge of all menu and wine list items
Efficiently clearing & re setting of tables to ensure prompt turnaround of members
Complying with company policies and procedures regarding occupational health and safety & security
Adhering to Club & Centre presentation and staff grooming standardsThe successful applicant must satisfy the following criteria:
Extensive understanding the hospitality industry
Proficient communication skills including diction and vocabulary
Prior experience as an F&B Attendant role, ideally in a shift work environment
