Veterinary Pathology Laboratory
Part-Time (2 positions-night shift) Gribbles Veterinary Pathology is the largest commercial veterinary pathology company in Australasia, incorporating the talents of over 20 veterinary pathologists

Gribbles Veterinary Pathology Laboratory is situated at Clayton VIC, seeks a confident, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our close-knit team of technicians, scientists and veterinary pathologists
Your initial duties will include specimen reception and handling, data entry, handling customer enquiries via telephone and other general laboratory tasks as directed
Further duties may become available as training progresses
Gribbles VETLAB is accredited to ISO9001:2000, and NATA accredited to ISO17025:2005
Essential: Minimum Certificate of Medical Laboratory Science/medical science or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
Effective communication skills; understanding of quality systems; commitment towards good customer service; good computer skills in Windows, MS Office & with databases, good typing skills; ability to respond to changing conditions & shifting priorities; able to work with minimal supervision & meet strict deadlines; demonstrated teamwork skills; show accuracy and attention to detail

Desirable: previous work in a related field or in a routine testing laboratory dealing with large sample numbers
Current driver’s licence and Own transport

Classification and salary will be negotiated depending on relevant experience and/or qualifications
