Large Corporate Environment High Profile Project Portfolio CBD LocationAs the delivery support manager for one of Australia's more well renowned corporate organisations, you will be responsible for the tactical management of the development, integration and delivery of a large portfolio of projects within the company
Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you will ensure that project management practices are in place across the entire project lifecycle, including pre-and-post business case preparation and approved initiatives
As part of this role, you will be required to monitor and manage resource provisions and allocation, performance metrics, overall budget performance and reporting on key deliverable status
You will be required to mentor project managers, identify performance trends, and undertake project quality reviews to ensure fitness-for-purpose of practices and deliverables
You will be responsible for identifying gaps and improving results through customer satisfaction surveys
Your experience in project management on diverse, large scale, complex projects will be critical for success in this role, along with experience utilising project management frameworks, methodologies, tools and principles
Your solid leadership and exceptional stakeholder management skills, coupled with strong negotiation and analytical skills will ensure you have the right focus on the right actions for delivery of successful, quality project outputs

The Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife is responsible for the delivery of nursing/midwifery care within a designated unit
The Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife functions within the Policies and Procedures of the Department of Health,South East Illawarra Area Health Service, Royal Hospital for Women and the Nursing and Midwifery Division
Essentials
Current Nursing and/or Midwifery Registration in NSW
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team Desirables
Demonstrated interest in Women's Health

Duties:– To design, develop, implement and manage appropriate learning programs for residents of Ashley Youth Detention Centre that maximise education, rehabilitation and reintegration for young people in custody, in accordance with legislative and educational requirements and individual case management plans

Desirable Requirements:– Knowledge and understanding of teaching / training principles preferably with a knowledge of curriculum content and TAFE competencies appropriate to the applicant's area of teaching experience/expertise and the programs to be delivered
Good interpersonal and communication skills, particularly regarding young people with high needs, learning and behavioural challenges
Strong liaison and consultation skills, with the ability to work across organisational boundaries, promote partnership and maintain a collaborative approach with a wide range of clients, service providers and organisations


Highly desirable: Experience relevant to the field, a Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training
